Ann Cassetta is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics, lymphedema, orthotics, and running evaluations. She is licensed in Maryland and has 30 years of outpatient therapy experience. She is a TRX Qualified Coach and is certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations. She is only physical therapist who is a Graston® Technique Specialist (GTS) in the tri-county area.
Ann provides personalized plans to get patients out of pain and back to doing what they love. Services include outpatient physical therapy, manual therapy, balance/vestibular, neurology, pre and post-surgical, lymphedema, custom orthotics, and running evaluations.
Allison McDonald, PT DPT. Allison graduated from Ave Maria University with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and from University of South Florida with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. As a St. Mary’s County native, she is excited to give back to her community and build connections while providing skilled and compassionate care. Upon graduation, Allison worked in home health care with a focus in Geriatrics.
Rebecca is our very first employee and an integral part of your care team. Rebecca is a graduate of the CACHE Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program and has been a PTA for 19 years. Rebecca loves helping others as much as she loves her Minnesota Vikings! SKOL!
As a small clinic you will get to know and work with Ann, Allison, and Rebecca throughout your course of treatment. PTAs work directly with Physical Therapists to create treatment plans that increase strength and mobility to help get you back to doing what you love.
